Launching his career as "head flagman" for the Canadian Hearing Society in 1979, Bill has expanded his skills through a distinguished 40-year career — garnering industry-leading expertise in concept design, design strategy & construction.
Bill led the Design & Construction team at Cineplex Entertainment for over 20 years as Vice President. Under his leadership, the team developed the Cineplex Growth Strategy, launching exciting new brands and building 84 new and renovated locations that delivered industry-leading success. Brands include Famous Players, Alliance Atlantis Cinemas, Galaxy Cinemas, Cineplex & VIP, The Rec Room, Playdium and Junction.
After leaving Cineplex in 2018 to start his new venture, AT-BAT Consulting was hired to finish what he had started. Bill & his team continued to manage cinema and The Rec Room projects. AT-BAT also continued to redesign the Canadian Top Golf concept, manage site plan applications, and roll out the strategy for their Top Golf venues across Canada — until the pandemic changed course for Cineplex.
